Card Masters Championship Winner

The First Annual Card Masters Championship saw some of the GTA's finest fight it out for the the Championship and the prizes that came with it. However only one player could prevail. Coming into the tournament, Michael McTavish was considered by many to be a dark horse.

After 5 grueling rounds of play and some spectacular plays McTavish secured his spot in the Top 16 with his 4-1 record. He then went through players Lazaro Bellido in top 8 Ervin So in Top 4 and finally Connor McCormick on his way to the Championship.

So Congratulations to Michael McTavish on his win at the Card Masters Championship!
